Love, love, loved living here. I lived here for a total of two years and loved everything about it. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly kind and responsive. I loved the location: so close to downtown, but still very quiet. I felt so safe with it being a gated community and with the security patrol. Back to the staff, no matter how big or small the concern was, they were responsive and kind and always willing to help. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone I know. I cannot say enough good things about this place and it will forever be one of the best places I've ever lived.

We have had such a great experience having our 2nd year college student live at 255 North. This is our youngest of 4 kids, so we've gone through many college apartments. Hands down, 255 North has the best apartment managers ever! I can't say enough about the amazing job Adriana & Michelle do running the complex and attending to the tenants needs. They're so professional and welcoming and it has been a pleasure working with them throughout this process. The apartment is a nice, clean and quiet complex that is maintained well & in a great location close to campus. Our daughter & her 3 roommates have loved their time there so far. One advantage is having the in-unit washer & dryer which is so convenient. Another is that anytime something has needed to be fixed, it's been done quickly & effic

This place is amazing!!! How all the staff are kind , and sweet. This place feels like home, and everyone there are my second family.I’ve loved the stay there it’s an amazing experience and the prices were amazing. The pool area was always clean and the out door sitting area with the gills are a vibe honestly. Even the gym is well organized and clean. Especially the manger Adriana she’s amazing she’s so kind sweet and always helpful.

We’ve lived here for almost a year, and we LOVE it! We signed our lease sight unseen, we got so lucky here at 255 North. Melissa and Adriana are super helpful and always willing to help with anything that’s needed. The maintenance crew responds quickly to requests, and they keep the pool and grounds looking clean and absolutely beautiful year round. We just renewed our lease for another year, we cannot imagine calling anywhere else home. You do pay downtown rent prices, but the location and the amenities make it worth it. We can’t wait to spend another year here! Thank you, 255 North!

I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to take out the time to write this review. I was looking for a quiet place after some really tough year in my life. I called 255 North and Michelle picked up the phone. She made the application to move in process super easy and smooth. For the 9 months I lived there, she went above and beyond every time I needed help. All the staff where super friendly and helpful. All in all, just a great community to live in.
