Greystar is one of the worst leasing agencies ever! Greedy. Money hungry. They only care about payments and don’t have any consideration when late payments are due to a health crisis. Also, the main manager of this place is rude, the rest of the staff and management are really nice people though. The main manager may not want to rent to you if you are dressed more casually and not in formal attire. They told me when I moved in rent would be about $2,200 a month for a studio. After all the small fees(like water and sewage, that should be included in the base rent but it's not), my rent was $2,600 and now they want me to pay $3,000 a month for a studio apartment. I had an amazing experience working with Gabriela Leon! She was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire leasing process. She went above and beyond multiple times even in situations where she didn’t have to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. Easily one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever dealt with. 10/10.

To start, I want to acknowledge Ebony. She was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help me navigate everything, consistently reaching out, answering questions, and doing her best to keep me updated.
