Worst management i’ve rented through in my 7 years in chicago. I had “rent” taken out of my account 2 months AFTER my lease ended and the post move out charges were ridiculous - most of which were considered normal wear and tear of living somewhere (painting, for example). Not to mention at the very least - they are overpriced for the lack of natural light you get in majority of the units. Avoid unless you want to get in a potential legal battle!

We have lived here for just under a year. It’s a new building and we are the first tenets in our unit so we have had some issues come up, but all things that would be expected in a new build. The property manager, Jan, is so kind and responsive and always keeps us in the loop with the building such as repairs or just fun things to do. We have an awesome rooftop with a gorgeous view of the city that we use all the time. The parking garage is climate controlled and very safe/secure. We love living here and highly recommend it.

Jan was amazing. She made an already pretty amazing building even better. Just toured it and she was very knowledgeable, personable and extremely kind. Loved the units and the views were great!

I wanted to love this building and while staff is amazing I would not recommend. Myself and other renters have dealt with elevator barely functioning/not working for months (including not working at all for move in), gas leaks/smells, and terrible WiFi (part of rent payment). In addition, our floors came with cracks/dents (first people to occupy the unit), doors have had to be rehung multiple times due to sticking/not closing properly and light fixtures are falling out of place due to rooftop.

The flooding in alley is a direct result of the recent construction of this building. Repeated complaints have been voiced to the property manager over the past year, with no efforts to repair the sewer. Other businesses such as Reebies and Big Apple rely on this alley, in addition to pedestrians. June/July 2025 update: In addition to not repairing the broken sewer caused by building's construction, they now do not pay garbage collection fees on time despite the rent they charge. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh, did I mention that you'll need to walk your trash out to dumpsters when it's -30°? Yes, because they lack a staff that can pull dumpsters out of their ample garage space every morning.
