I had a tour with Jalissa and I was HOURS late because of my plane being delayed and I got lost…. Like a lot. I arrived to the apartment complex without calling and hopes of still being able to tour the apartment ( entire reason for my trip was to tour here specifically) I was greeted upon the maintenance man with a warm welcome and asked if I needed help. I told him what was going on and he told me to relax and that we will take care of it! Jalissa comes out to greet me and ended up showing me both apartments and gave me an entire tour. I was so nervous touring and overwhelmed with the amount of people. Jalissa knew every tenants name and greeted them. Because of Jalissa’s warm welcoming and the front desk staff I will be applying for an apartment here soon. Even if they run out I’ll wait

Been on the waiting list since 2021 just to be removed waste of time never seen a company like this

It's a nice place to live. The management is really doing their job. Check in desk staffers are very professional. Rent is moderate for the services

Jalisa was really great, she made my move easy and stress free. I love the apartment, minus a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, which was not pleasing. Altogether, beautiful views of the city and pretty quiet.
