I submitted a repair request for my apartment and honestly didn’t expect the level of service I received. The technician who came out was outstanding. He fixed the issue quickly, explained what had gone wrong, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He checked a couple of other things nearby to make sure there wouldn’t be future problems and left the area clean and in great condition. It’s rare to receive service that feels this thoughtful and thorough. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. Experiences like this make a big difference.

Apartment living is still very new to me… The maintenance and leasing team are always kind, supportive and truly helpful in guiding me. The maintenance issue was handled with a sense of urgency. I was made to feel as though the situation was important rather than a burden. I am truly grateful for the five star treatment..

I had an excellent move in experience! I had to do most remotely as I was moving from across the state. But Katherine, Robin, and Greg all were pleasant, professional and helped all the way till I walked in the door. My apartment looked as good as the pics online. The area has great places to walk to eat and the amenities are are excellent!

The maintenance job was completed well. However, they left a mess behind. I wouldn’t be upset except there are dirty footprints on one of my rugs which is more intensive to clean than just the floor. A little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. If they had simply moved the rugs out of the way that would have been great.

I love living here! I feel that the property is well maintained, maintenance is extremely responsive and the management always answers, which is rare. If anyone tells you otherwise, it’s because they don’t know how to navigate the phone system. Haha! Joseph, with the office, has been a big help since we moved in and of course David, with maintenance, is amazing too! We love the fire pits and all of the amenities too. Definitely a great place to call home.🥰 Thank you for all you guys do!
