Harry and Joann provided me with personalized service to fit my criteria as a home owner/seller. They went the extra distance and didn’t treat me like just a sales commission. They took an interest in knowing and showing my property and gave me valuable advice during the escrow process. They are true to their word and excel in communications with their clients.

After seeing a house they are listing and interacting with them, I got the sleazy car salesman impression. Every question or concern was deflected or met with excuses- “oh don’t worry about that”, “it’s fine, let’s look at this instead”, “I don’t know but I’m sure it’s not a problem.” Maybe my expectations are off but I want a selling agent to be informative and helpful, not dismissive and belittling. A “I don’t know but can I get your contact info to get you an answer by tomorrow” type answer would go a long way. It was a sad experience. The house was intriguing but days later all I can think about was how put off I was by the unprofessionalism of the listing agent.
