I had a bad experience with Fidelity Title and Christy Tucker. She forgot to include paperwork in my closing packet when I sold a property, then wanted me to make it an emergency to get it fixed for on my own. Even had my real estate agent threaten me to make it happen, while offering no help to fix her mistake. I guess she can't use email or the phone herself. No surprise if you can't handle the paperwork you are paid for. The notary laughed this morning May 7th and said, " This is dated January 4th." Yep, the date I closed on the house. Nobody wants to deal with a house they sold four months ago. I wouldn't recommend.

Fidelity National Title has never disappointed! Their customer service and response time is remarkable! They are always going to extra step and making sure our customers are taken care! Their professionalism reflects in each and every employee.

I called Nickole in a panic over an issue with my mortgage company. My mortgage company could not answer ANY of the questions I asked them. So I turned to Nickole. She answered ALL of my questions. She sat on the phone with me going over a lot paperwork and doing a lot of math. She stayed with me until ALL my questions were answered when it should have the mortgage company to do so. Nickole went WAY above and beyond to help me. Booo mortgage company. Yay Nickole!
