1625 Highland Village Apartments

It’s ok , and they do their best to get things fix! I hope that they can rebuild all of these apartments, they are really big , easy pay , private Coded , Entrance, washer and dryer room , no tennis courts!

29 years ago, 1625 Centenary Gardens (Now called Highland Village Apartments) was the first home I ever knew, and I grew up in these apartments until I was fourteen years old. Looking back on it now, I think I took this place for granted. I had childhood friends here of almost every type. Now, as a full grown adult, I find myself just begging to go back. I don't know why. Back when the apartments were actually working/functioning like they should, this apartment provided a lot of room and comfort as a two-bedroom and one bathroom apartment. Some of the buildings were two floors, some were single floors. Some had stairs outside the kitchen door going down to the bottom level if you lived on the second floor. Where do I start okay so there are homeless people everywhere I was waiting to see a apartment and I seen a dude go in a empty apartment like it was his dude even closed the door behind him. The grounds are nasty and the apartments are below filthy I saw a two bedroom apartment and it looked like they hadn't moved or cleaned the apartment since 2005. I'm just dumb founded on how they show you a apartment and it's not even decent enough to make you want to even consider a place here. Oh and the windows either busted out or shot out, the laundry room included. The parking lot is messed up too,the owner say they can't change the outside of the buildings because it's in a historical district but at least they could fix up the insides honesty the only good thing I saw was the grass was cut.

A lot of people just wondering around, looking all in the window a of every car. Maintenance man needs to be replaced. Does as little as possible
