1624 Camden

I lived at 1624 Camden for 3 years and had a great experience. Our property manager, Mariah, was always so helpful and responsive. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly and the team was friendly. The location is amazing, peaceful and residential but close to the 405 and walkable to shops and restaurants on Westwood Boulevard and in Westwood Village. The only downsides for me were not having laundry in unit and the bedroom windows being slatted, which made the room a bit chilly in the winter. Even so, I felt the price was reasonable for the area and really enjoyed my time there, had two coworkers move in to one of the units downstairs.

It has been a pleasant experience living at this property. I have lived here for 4.5 years and have experienced minimal challenges. Mariah, with management, is very supportive, reliable, and responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable!

Our property manager Alyssa was great, very responsive, reliable and fast acting. She never misled us and was transparent from beginning. Comparing to previous apartment management which was Miller and Desatnik which was a joke, Moss is professional and decent agency. Camden complex is well maintained, neighborhood is quiet ,charming and safe. It reflected on the price of course, our apartment was pricey for its standard. The wood floor was nice but the rest was outdated (kitchen and bedroom closets are old, carpet in bedroom needs to be updated to wood floor, bathroom needs renovation but nothing than you can't work with). For peace of mind that is the good management and great neighborhood, it's still worth the price. Overall, I recommend and would use Moss again.
