1407 on Michigan

We adore being residents of the 1407 community for almost 2 years. Residents are friendly and amenities are stellar! Maintenance, management and front desk are outstanding and take pride in making 1407 the place to be! And the views can’t be beat!

One word: Anthony. I previously lived here, and unfortunately the security staff’s customer service has consistently been poor. Yesterday’s interaction with Anthony was especially disappointing — dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. A simple package pickup situation (that had already been handled smoothly by another staff member) was unnecessarily escalated due to his lack of initiative and poor attitude. I would never recommend someone live here, and that says a lot, considering I lived in Chicago for nearly five years.

Just moved in this Month & Love it here. I stayed at AMLI on 850 S Clark as well as 1001 S State Street. The Amenities are a little better at those buildings, as well a LITTLE better of a location, but the Building & Unit all around is much nicer!! I lived in a 2 Bed 2 Bath at now all 3 buildings, and this for sure is the nicest, and most spacious out of the three. It’s also very nice to have a balcony finally!! Much bigger walk in closets, and a better overall well crafted & built unit than the other two. Management has been great!! Very excited to call this Home the next 2 years!!

From the day I moved into 1407 on June 7th, I have felt comfortable, safe and taken care of by management/staff. Management, maintenance staff and front door reception are exceptional - extremely responsive, friendly and highly professional. I absolutely love the building, amenities and my new apartment!

I've had a good experience living here. The front desk staff are attentive and notice when I'm not around, which shows they care. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues, and overall, the living situation has been comfortable. I appreciate the effort from the staff to maintain a pleasant environment. The tenants are great people. Being someone that isn’t from here, this is the most home I’ve felt in an apartment. Definitely worth considering!
