1201 at Covell Village

I moved here in August and I love this apartment complex. It’s safe and everyone is extremely friendly. Skylar and Jacquelynn are amazing and always ready to help. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The monthly activities are fun and I love that I don’t have to go outside the building to workout. It has a hotel feel, which I like because you access the apartments from the inside, but it also a home feel all at the same time. Coming from a house for the past 28 years, this is definitely a place I can call home.

1201 covell village apartments makes you feel relaxed and is pet friendly/non smoking. It over looks a beautiful pond.The staff is super friendly and has 24 hr maintenance on site, a gym, pool, and lounge to hang out.

I’ve absolutely loved living at 1201 at Covell Village! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels like home. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets this place apart is the management especially Jacquelynn. She’s an incredible manager. Very responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

1201 is an awesome place to live. This was my first time living alone. I left safe in this area, the staff, particularly Jacquelynn, was amazing! Jacquelynn never failed to greet me with a smile. She was very helpful with everything. From the tour of the complex, to me giving her notice of my lease termination, she was as nice as could be. Maintenance is awesome! They have 24 hour maintenance that will come running if you have an issue. I know a lot of complexes lack appropriate services, but 1201 does not. They hire real professionals to do work on the HVAC and they have everyday employees who work hard to keep everything in tip top condition. They even have pest control come out and spray the units down! I have absolutely no complaints about this place. It is a little on the pricey side,

I used to live here when I first moved to Oklahoma and this place was really good. The gym, lobby, and rooms were really nice. It was clean and welcoming. The pool was pretty and there were some parties. The employees could gave been just a little more welcoming but other than that it was really well done. I definitely recommend coming here if you are single or just moving into Oklahoma.
