12 Minute Tag & Title

Does not open on time two weeks in a row. Couldn't accept electronic documentation. Super frustrating. No improvement over going to the mva for me.

The lady that works in this place doesn't know what she's talking about. She gave us the wrong information. after the 2nd time trying to do business with her but yet sent us our again saying we needed the seller with us and some other bs stuff,i went home and called the DMV. Come to find out we could have gotten it taken care of with what my husband and I had in our hands but guess she just didn't want to work after showing up late for work with a line of people waiting for her So anyway conclusion is we just set up an appointment for the next day While on the phone with DMV. DON'T RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE just make an appointment with dmv you'll be better off.

Sign says 9:30 open. It’s almost 10:30. After reading other reviews this looks like a ongoing problem. I waiting 30 minutes and guess I will head to Marley where they open when they say they do. This place might not be that bad just don’t come early or on your day off expecting to save time.

Just went to them over the weekend &was pleasantly surprised with how fast the process was! The woman was very nice & efficient! I will be giving their info to my friends, family, & clients as an alternative to going to the MVA for vehicle services. I usually do not write a review for anyone, unless I had a negative experience. BUT because of the outstanding customer service I simply had to let everyone know!

I usually go the marley station but this place was closer to me. I waited roughly 5 mins for the the person in front of me to complete their stuff then was helped quickly and promptly. The lady answered all my questions and gave me next steps. Will come back cheers
