1111 S Wabash Condo Building

1111 South Wabash Condo’s are a great value and a excellent place to live. The square footage is generous.The building staff keeps the building in great shape. This Condo board has spent the last 5 years bringing down the rental rate into the 20 percent range. Sudler management does a good job managing the building.

This building have residents that complains a lot. They think they are superior for no reason. The mail room is open late, close early. People file fake accusations if they don’t like you. Not pet friendly, lists 20+ rules about pets you might as well not have one. Building management switched over and is terrible, always on vacation. The list goes on.

Great place to live! Wonderful views, responsive building staff, strong HOA board
