10X Iona Lakes Apartments

I’ve had a really great experience with Iona Lakes so far. My moving timeline was extremely short and I needed to find a place, apply, and get accepted quickly. The team made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated during what could have been a very overwhelming time. Since moving in, I’ve also come to love the neighborhood. It’s quiet, peaceful, and immediately felt like home. I’m grateful for how smooth the transition was and for a community that already feels comfortable and welcoming.

Just moved in less than a week ago. So far really enjoying the vibe of the staff, the community and the views already! From Sweet Home Alabama, but this Florida thing has been great for the last half year. (Previously stayed in a BnB.) Ashley, Jenny and Myah were all delightful, hospitable and professional. Made the transition super smooth. Area is close to the beach by the way, thank me later for that. Easy access to everything, which always helps.

I lived here for two years in the past and enjoyed it so much that I chose to come back. Moving in this time around came with a few small issues, but Ashley and the leasing office were friendly, responsive, and quick to help resolve everything. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and for the price, it’s hard to beat the value in Fort Myers.

I am a new tenant here at 10x Iona and am extremely happy with the property and leasing agents. Ashley was the leasing agent I worked with, and she was a delight. Everything felt as if it went as smoothly as possible.

The office staff, Jenn and Ashley are attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff usually gets your needs done in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Overall community atmosphere is safe, friendly and quiet.
