10X Integra Shores

I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing crew here at Integra Shores. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like family. Gene is a great property manager, he always takes the time to listen and make sure anything you need gets done. Jah is a nice addition to the team sweet and kind, she fits right in. And Melissa is always very helpful and goes above and beyond. Recently I needed help on the computer and she saved my life. I've seen a lot of positve improvements in my 3 yrs living here, especially with the maintenance crew. Mitch and Fabio are two of the best I've ever seen. Once I report something they get it fixed same day. Very professional , helpful and personable. If looking to rent this place has a lot of perks, my favorite is the pool and the views at suns

I’ve lived in this complex for almost 7 years and I love it! The office staff has changed a few times but I have to admit that the current crew is my most favorite by far!! The maintenance team is absolutely amazing, courteous and friendly! I would recommend this community to anyone! I moved here after going through a divorce after over 20 years of marriage and having to give up my beautiful home! It was a very difficult time for me but being in this community made the transition a lot easier! I will be purchasing a new home this year so I won’t be renewing my lease and it’s bitter sweet!

Fabio has been the best maintenance man I have ever had! I have been here since 2021 and he’s service is outstanding, clean, prompt, professional, and reliable! He has put my sink in, fixed my AC, and patio screen -and every time he does great work !

This is an update 3/1/25… So glad I’ve stayed another year! The staff has just gotten better and better. With the leader Gene has been, the office staff Melissa & Jessica and new maintenance man Fabio, along with Jeremy & the rest of the crew it has been a pleasure to live here. Fabio definitely has helped maintenance orders get done in a timely & professional manner! I can’t say enough good things about this place- Thank you to the whole staff! I’ve been living here since June, it’s been a couple of years since I’ve lived in an apartment. It is a nice apartment and they are pretty good with maintenance. I really like my porch it overlooks the lake, it’s a good area very close to a lot of shopping, Tanger Mall, the Publix off of LPGA which is the best. And it’s very close to work so that’

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is well-kept, quiet, and feels very safe. The management team is responsive and friendly anytime I’ve had a question or small issue, they’ve taken care of it quickly. The maintenance staff is also reliable and does an excellent job. I love the convenience of the location and the amenities provided, which really make it feel like home. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.
