This past weekend my fiancee and I toured this community and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Sofia in the leasing office. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit and takes pride in her work. While we ultimately decided this won’t be our home, we were genuinely impressed with the tour and the overall atmosphere. The units themselves felt a bit dated, but everything was well-kept and thoughtfully presented. Sofia made a lasting impression and is a huge asset to this company!

Multiple car break-ins, witnessed a whole drug deal in front of my building (guns included). Would be helpful if the gate actually worked for some kind of security but it hasn’t worked since a month after I moved in (March 2025). My AC has broken twice, toilets have stopped working 3 times. I was shown a nice, clean apartment and was given a disgusting, non-functional place. And management doesn’t seem too concerned about any of it. Pray you get good neighbors because if they like to party or neglect their dogs like mine, nothing will be resolved, silly me for thinking being on the 3rd floor would be somewhat peaceful. Their professionalism was exceptional. Everyone that I had talked to in the leasing office over the phone (because I live out of state and was not able to see the property first hand) Did everything they could to answer all my questions no matter if I had to call and ask again. In a very gracious manner. I am so looking forward to moving in and getting back to Florida. Many thanks go out to the leasing office team.

This is our second year here and I gotta say, shout out to everyone in Maintenance and Management for operating with high levels of integrity. When I came home the other night Ieft a bag outside my car and contained tech that I use for business. It is a nice bag. The following morning someone from Maintenance grabbed it and brought it to the leasing office for me. I was able to track my MacBook there. Thank you everyone I love this team.

We lived here for 15 months from week one the washer and dryer would break at least once a month. No matter how many requests we put in our sink sprayer was never fixed. Oh and don’t expect the a/c to work the whole time either ours broke about 6-7 different times. To top it off the apartment above us started leaking and instead of actually repairing the water damage the simply painted over it. Absolutely do not recommend for how much we paid. If you see this rent somewhere else.
