I don’t know how they got rid of all their bad reviews, but 10K property management is incompetent as they come. If you work with 10k, be prepare to manage them as well as your properties because they have no idea what they’re doing, especially Kelly S. This is a very real review. You can change your address or move your office, but the same people still own and work there.
Corra and Kelly are great people they go above and beyond to help people I would recommend this company in a heartbeat
