Worst experience I’ve have had. Think twice before booking this place. I’m writing to express my profound disappointment with our recent stay at your property. We reserved the unit for a four-night stay on behalf of my parents, and the experience has been far from acceptable, particularly in terms of safety, maintenance, and overall customer service. On the fourth day of our stay, a serious issue arose: the light bulb in our unit began making explosive sounds and eventually turned black. To our shock, yellow water started leaking from the light fixture, soaking our food, clothes, and other belongings. This situation was extremely unsafe and distressing, especially for my parents. Despite immediately reporting the issue, we had to make multiple phone calls and wait over an hour for the mai

The move in process was very smooth and can’t speak highly enough of the building and management! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a gem in DTLA!

This is the best place I've ever lived. The apartment itself is stunning (and the bathtub is life changing). The view from the top floor is the best view of Downtown I've seen and I love going up there to have my coffee. Jacob, the property manager, is so helpful and answers any question I have, no matter how small (even outside of the office hours). The security that tours the building at night is such a great added bonus! I absolutely love living here and so will you!

Love this community. Apartments are spacious, building is well maintained, building manager is excellent. It is close to everything. you could want, great restaurants for all budgets, Little Tokoyo and the Arts District and metro is a block away - about 1/2 an hour to Santa Monica and the beach on the train!

Class A building. The level of professionalism Jacob and his team brought to the property is astounding! As a professional corporate housing provider who deals with 10s of communities and buildings in Southern California, this is by far the best property management we ever came across.
