100 East Apartments

They were helpful while I lived there. Ended up moving and terminating my lease after 6 months. Wrote multiple checks for rent/termination fees/concession fees. Between moving expenses, entering a new apartment, and other bills- I hadn't noticed one of the checks had not gone through. FOUR months after moving out, they cashed a 550 dollar check. Very unprofessional for a business. Have called and left messages but no response as to why they waited so long.

Lived here for 1 year. The staff at 100 East are always friendly and accommodating. Appropriately priced for the location and beautiful view from the rooftop pool. An incredible living experience overall!

We started in an Airbnb at this location. Excellent location to downtown Greenville! Walk out the apartments and turn left, you are there! Very safe and updated.
