I have no idea how he only charges 1% and still gives 6% service, but he definitely does! David is one of the best in the business and really serves the community by offering such and affordable rate to sell your home! We were under contract in 5 days for full price and closed in 33 days! I saved around 7K by going with him. It was a no brainer.

David responds quickly to all calls, questions, or concerns. He arrived on time for a consultation and was ready with a contract and sign for the lawn to sell our property. That same day our listing was all over the internet with preliminary photos. A professional photographer came the next day and took more photos plus areal views.
