Do NOT rent from these people. From the moment my family and I moved in (August 2025), it was nothing but problems and stress. By November, the property was sold, and there was constant foot traffic with people coming in and out for “pictures,” with zero regard for our privacy or comfort. Even though the property is now under a different company, the condition of the home they rented to us was unacceptable. I have photos and videos showing the condition before and after we moved in. It’s very clear they only care about money and not the people living in their properties. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others especially Black families to proceed with caution or avoid renting here altogether. We first moved to Albany in 2019, Mr. Wayne has been the best Landlord from day 1. Always been understanding and compassionate. We’ve been here for 7yrs practically raised our kids in a his home! This home is all my kids know thanks to Mr. Wayne. Wouldn’t trade him for anything! Thanks Mr. Wayne for just being you! Blessings. 1key has never gave me a problem I’ve been here almost a year now I’ve had small things they’ve had to come fix they always get it taken care of I see a bunch of bad reviews but they’ve never done me wrong they fix something if it’s broken and they don’t really bother you and everyone I’ve talked to has been professional and just last night my heat stopped working I called first thing at 9 when they open and they had someone fixing my heat by 9:30
