The apartments are nice and big. But their laundry and water heating system sucks. They have only 4 washing machines in the laundry. Among them only 2 works fine. Other two just takes the quarters but doesn't work. Every month they have to unplug one or two washing machines and keep it like that. Every month at least for once the water heater stops working. They say the problem is the boiler. This apartment building is old. I think they haven't change the boiler and the washing machine since the beginning. They make a lot of money from the tenants. Yet the don't want to fix this problems. It's a good place to live. It would e great if they fix those vital stuffs.
