Noble In Queens

So happy to be a part of the building. Besides my apartment being stunning!!! I’m a sucker for tall ceilings and windows to bring me all the natural light…but having a washer dryer, deep tub and WALK IN CLOSET! SOLD! Outside from my lovely apartment, the building itself is awesome but the cherry on top is the rooftop. So considerately sectioned out. Definitely gives you this glam picturesque. The people in the building are laidback and kind, love that it’s pet friendly and having a well attentive super is a definite plus. You can tell the building is cared for by those that work and live here making it a happy home.

I lived here for 1 year and 3 months, and i really enjoyed my time here. I love the terrace and having a little gym inside the building is a huge plus for me. I will say the rent is ridiculous expensive but what can you expect from a brand new building in NYC. Major kudos to Joseph for being an awesome Super! Always attentive and super helpful! He even fed my cats while I was away! Also, thank you to Kevin for keeping the building looking nice and clean!!

Property manager doesn’t respond to issues that tenants have in a timely manner. HEAVY police activity and presence in the building on a weekly basis. Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glam, fixtures in this building break easily and are cheap. One thing that I will give kudos to is the Maintenance supervisor Joseph, he is nice and he takes care of business when an issue arises ASAP so I can appreciate that. However paying over $3300 a month for this place is not enjoyable. Most importantly USPS leaves mail unattended in the mailroom, and DOES NOT PUT PEOPLE MAIL IN THEIR MAILBOXES. Tenants personal items such as bills, credit cards,W4 tax statements, and whatever else comes in the mail is just thrown on the counter and you have to sort through it. TALK ABOUT UNSAFE. I’ve lived here a while and honestly, those complaints don’t add up. I see the supers cleaning every day. The lobby doesn’t smell like garbage?? The mail issue? That’s on USPS, not the building. And the police presence? welcome to NYC! For what I pay, I’m more than satisfied.

Nice apartment! Enjoy living here!! I do wish there was a contact number for management to call instead of only email.
