This company listed fake properties on Airbnb and scammed me. When I messaged them that I was almost there, they said they had no availability for the night and to get a refund from airbnb. No remorse, no offer of another room until I threatened to report them and they offered a skimpy room compared to what I booked. All he could say was, “it was a mistake” but no offer to make it right. It felt like this guy does this often to scam people. Not only was he wrong, he was also downright rude and unprofessional. His name was supposedly Peter but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s fake too. Avoid anything to do with this fake company.
