We purchased a home in Laureate Park Lake Nona that Jason was listing in 2021. We did not have a realtor so Jason also represented us as the buyer. We entered the home at 4pm and by 6pm we purchased the home. Throughout the home buying experience including the negotiation, inspection and closing Jason was very attentive to all the details big and small.
