Mold is visible in multiple areas, which clearly shows how badly this property is maintained. Management is beyond unprofessional. They are rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Maintenance requests are ignored or “fixed” temporarily just to break again. Hidden fees show up after you’ve already moved in, with no clear explanation. What you’re promised during leasing is not what you actually get. To make things worse, packages are stolen regularly, and management takes zero responsibility. Any attempt to report issues is met with attitude, excuses, or silence. They are quick to charge you but completely disappear when something actually needs to be fixed. Horrible management. They’ll tell you one thing and they never fall through. I asked for a preliminary inspection when I moved out and they refused to inform me of any repairs that need to be done for me to get my deposit. When I asked for the woman’s name, they just hung up on me. I had to submit numerous maintenance repair request for them to fix a single simple issue. The pool was closed pretty much the entire summer long.
