WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE From day one this place has been a disaster. Cockroaches are everywhere — in the kitchen, bathroom, hallways. No matter how often you clean, they keep coming back. Mold is visible in multiple areas, which clearly shows how badly this property is maintained. Management is beyond unprofessional. They are rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Maintenance requests are ignored or “fixed” temporarily just to break again. Hidden fees show up after you’ve already moved in, with no clear explanation. What you’re promised during leasing is not what you actually get. To make things worse, packages are stolen regularly, and management takes zero responsibility. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and overpriced. Avoid this apartment complex at all cos
Overall, this management team shows a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and respect for tenants. If you value honesty, proper maintenance, and basic security, avoid this place. The problems here are not isolated — they are systemic. 1. The apartment complex may look acceptable at first glance, but living here quickly revealed serious and ongoing issues. Management was largely unresponsive and ineffective. Maintenance requests went unresolved for months, and communication consisted of vague responses and empty promises. There was no sense of responsibility or follow-through. 2. Package theft was a persistent and unresolved problem. Deliveries were frequently left unattended, and packages were stolen directly from my porch. This issue was reported multiple times, yet management
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED Living here feels like a punishment. Bugs crawl out of nowhere, roaches included, as if the building is infested from the inside. Black mold stains the walls and bathrooms, making the air feel heavy and unhealthy. The management team is hostile and dismissive. Any attempt to report issues is met with attitude, excuses, or silence. They are quick to charge you but completely disappear when something actually needs to be fixed. Unexpected fees keep popping up like a bad joke. What you sign for is not what you pay. Meanwhile, stolen packages are a regular occurrence, and management refuses to take responsibility or improve security. This is not a home — it’s a trap. Avoid this place unless you enjoy stress, filth, and wasted money.
WELCOME TO HELL (DISGUISED AS APARTMENTS) If you’re looking for stress, filth, and constant disappointment, this is the perfect place. Cockroaches run this building like they pay rent. Mold decorates the walls and ceilings, adding that lovely “health hazard” aesthetic. Management treats tenants like an inconvenience. Requests are ignored, problems are minimized, and any conversation comes with attitude. Fees appear randomly, so don’t be surprised when your rent is suddenly higher “just because.” Package theft is normal here. Consider anything delivered as already gone. Management is fully aware and still does nothing — no security, no solutions. This place is overpriced, neglected, and exhausting to live in. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Horrible management. They’ll tell you one thing and they never fall through. I asked for a preliminary inspection when I moved out and they refused to inform me of any repairs that need to be done for me to get my deposit. When I asked for the woman’s name, they just hung up on me. I had to submit numerous maintenance repair request for them to fix a single simple issue. The pool was closed pretty much the entire summer long.
