I have lived here this past year and love it! Chris, the apartment manager is always helpful. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix any issues you may have. The gated community feels safe. It has two conveniently located laundry rooms and a pool. The grounds are well kept and frequently maintained with many grassy areas. The parking lot is never full so you don't have to worry about getting a spot close to your door. Like any place it does have it's down sides - mandatory roach spraying 3x a year with 24hr notice, limited office hours for filling your laundry card (call ahead!), and kids running around in the parking lot despite being talked to multiple times. Lived here 2.5 years. Chris was always helpful and reachable through text or email. Very nice to have since I have a busy schedule. He helped me with a lot in the end while I was having a rough time. Never saw any cockroaches which is impressive for rancho. Had perfect places to walk my small dog. Very quiet and the pool was my favorite activity during the summer. Definitely miss this place and would’ve stayed but needed a change. Prices are fair and the apartments are quality and homey.

I moved into Rose Glen apartments April 2017 as a last-dash effort to find an affordable place as my previous complex was jacking rent up beyond capable means for a single-income home. I didn’t know what to expect and was initially hesitant, due to location. I viewed my unit which had new appliances, carpet and laminate floors, signed my lease and figured I’d see how it went. As far as pests, I found one cockroach my first week, and haven’t seen any of the bastards since. My previous complex was riddled with them, despite bi-weekly pest inspection. It is a gated community, and the gate has been busted a few times since I’ve lived here, but it is repaired quickly. My immediate neighbors are respectful, quiet and friendly. For the love of everything that is holy do not move here. I stay oide of the gate and somehow it is much safer than going to the mailbox inside the gate. Disrepsectful tenants and staff. Always crowds of people near my door and the walk ways. Fights so much the police dont care to come out anymore. When you sttat your problems to the lady in the office she will make you seem like you are crazy and nothing ever happens here, yet she stays no where near the complex. But if you are late on the rent they are ready to evict you ahead of time. Word of Advice I would have rather lived in Iraq during 9/11 than stay here another term. It got so bad I was planning to break lease and stain my credit just for a peace of mind. Don't believe the good reveiws people on staff make for this property. LIES
