It took me less than two days at this location to decide to break the lease. The move-in process was easy enough, and the tour made it seem like a perfect situation, especially with the promise of a quiet living environment. However, within the first hour of being in the apartment, I realized I had made a huge mistake. The neighbors played music so loud it knocked pictures off my walls, and there were people going through the trash at all hours of the night. To make matters worse, the apartment reeked of weed and cigarettes, and the heater didn't even work. I moved out quickly, but after trying to see if I could get any money back, management claimed—after several days of silence—that I didn't give them enough time to 'fix' the situation. I had a wonderful experience touring Renew on Coloma in Rancho Cordova. The community is well kept, inviting, and has a great overall vibe. The leasing team, Janessa and Heather, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident about the community. The location is also a big plus with convenient access to shopping, dining, and freeways. I would absolutely recommend ReNew on Coloma to anyone searching for a new place to call home.

Renew on Coloma has been a nice place to live. The community is clean and quiet, and the office staff is always helpful. Janessa and Heather are especially great! Both friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance is quick when needed, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a solid place to call home.

I love this place. I’ve been feeling so welcome since I came and even when I was touring, Janesssa has helped me really much and I love her lots for that. I feel welcomed safe. It’s peaceful all around. Neighbors are really nice. I love the apartment so if you’re looking for somewhere comfiy come here.❤️
