Zilker Properties of Austin

We stayed at Park Place on Trailside drive for one week. This is our second visit. This property is awesome. So comfy and with that great Austin vibe. We loved the location near Zilker Park and several great restaurants. Easy access to MoPac. The apartment was well equipped and Cynthia and Peach are very efficient and helpful.

we stayed in the Tree House at 2204 Trailside and found it quite comfortable. It is serviceable but not fancy. There are many thoughtful touches including a cold pacifier in the freezer in case you have a little one, and the kitchen has everything one could need to cook a meal. The screened porch outside is lovely in warm weather.

Jamie Rigdon at Zilker Properties was incredible to work with - responsive from day one and fully committed to helping us sell and move on a tight timeline.
