Condo Joe

My husband and I contacted Joe because we were looking to purchase a condo in the downtown area in Austin and wanted to go with a Realtor who really understood the condo market. Joe was very accomodating - meeting us immediately and listening to what we were looking for. We thought we knew what we wanted and didn't want - but after seeing a few places with Joe, that evolved. Kudos to Joe for helping us do exactly that by suggesting a few places we hadn't considered. In the end, we ended up getting a place that was completely different from what we initially said we wanted - and we are so glad we did! Joe knows the Austin market! He worked with us to help prepare two properties for sale, including referring us to a quality contractor for improvements on one of these properties. He did helpful analysis of market conditions and made solid recommendations for list pricing. He does a great job taking his own photos and this saved time and money as we prepared to go on the market. He interacted effectively with realtors representing interested buyers. And he guided us through smooth closing processes. Joe was also responsive to our questions and requests along the way. We benefited from his expertise and experience.
