Nicely kept grounds and a nice pool. They are condos privately owned, so they are all very different inside

I rented here in 1987. I recently visited our granddaughter who is renting a place there. The complex looks good and pretty well maintained. The 2 bedroom unit was small, but good for 1-2 people.

I came to visit my mom when she was living here and got a note that my truck was going to get toed. The gym equipment needs serious maintenance and the hot tub stunk when I tried it. The one good thing I can say is they treat my mom great and it is clean.

Lived here for a couple years. Moving out soon thankfully. Tenants are mostly great however their are a few top notch bottom barrel classles people staying here. My vehicle has been vandalized and I have been harassed over the past couple months. Neighbors lie and complain to staff and when allegations are proven false, complex does nothing. When the complex was informed that I was being harassed and my vehicle was being vandalized, they said sorry they cant do anything and they don't have cameras. Once more their were no letters, notices, or emails sent out to inform anyone about this or to keep a lookout. On top of all of this the security is a joke. Great location which is centrally located by the plaza, shopping, trails, parks, schools, and quick access to the highway. Hot tub, sauna, club house, and a gym. For Santa Fe the rent is fairly priced. I worked for Los Alamos Nat. Labs making this an excellent place to live in Santa Fe.
