Our realtor, Peggy, treated us like family from the very start. We met with her once to see the property in person, then filled out preliminary papers in a neutral location. We then proceeded to follow her lead, filling out and signing forms from out of state. Any time I got a little agitated or worried, Peggy reassured me that I was doing just fine and we'd get it all done. I needed that kind of treatment to get through the ordeal by myself.
