Por empezar, gente no se mudan aquí! My grandmas run down house in Mexico looks better than the unit they gave me! Remodeled my ssa 😂😂!!! Looks like they spent alll their money remodeling one model unit and that’s it! They show you a nice remodeled model unit that you’re supposedly getting until the day comes to get your keys for your new home! That’s where they get you! They would not show the unit i was getting because they “couldn’t” girl bye! not even hours into moving in and there’s already múltiple problems! Zeke needs new owners, new plumbing, new MAINTENANCE!!!! Horrible maintenance and remodeling job! Alexia Tapia is very friendly made me and kids feel very welcome. Made us feel as we were at home and we haven't even got approve yet are fill out the application. My move in were very quick literally were able to move in within 6 days. Got to love the energy I am very excited more importantly my kids are excited to be in our new home before the winter storm. I honestly give them a -5 rating, for towing my car several times when they forgot to update my information in their system. No sympathy at all. The amenities they boast about is actually for the homeless people, those facilities you are paying for is for the convenience of having broken laundry machines and shelter homeless people. Do you like roaches? No worries, you will have plenty of them and feral cats too lol I lived there because I trusted their word but they were just patronizing. What about management? I don’t even want to mention her. She is the reason why this apartment complex is falling apart. The first manager that was there kept everything together. But he either got moved or fired. UPDATE 7/19: I've added additional photos to demonstrate the growing mold issue of the apartments, as well as my attempts at emailing the complex with issues about parking registration when no one called me back. My rental car was towed because there were no visitors spots open, and I could no longer register a visitor pass, nor could I add it to my profile to replace my totaled car that I lost. I explained this issue in detail via email to the complex, as well as attempted to call the office, but I never received any response. I missed a whole day of work and had to pay the impound fee to retrieve a car they had no right to tow. This place continues to be one of the most consistently horrid experiences I have ever had. Have had a couple minor issues living here, but nothing different than any other apartment complex. My car was wrongfully towed from the lot (not Zeke’s fault!) when I had a lot of responsibilities that had added up from having to stay home due to the ice storm. Admittedly and embarrassingly, I was almost in tears as this incident was just one extra thing going wrong. Alexia sat by me at the leasing office, talked me through things, made multiple phone calls to the towing company to make sure I wouldn’t run into any fees, and got the uber I needed to pick up my car paid for by that company. BY FAR she has been the most helpful and happy agent I’ve met here. Alexia seems to actually care about the tenants living here. Highly recommend working with her if given the opportunity.
