Over the years I have had three or four different home inspections. James Hall of BLACKLIGHT INSPECTIONS GROUP performed the most thorough inspection I have ever contracted. He provided me with a complete summary of his process and what he was going to review and how he would prepare and submit the results. The inspection lasted a little bit more than 2 1/2 hours and was very thorough and very important in our home purchasing process. Once completed, he reviewed all the findings with me and had a complete report to me by days end. I was very impressed because the report contained images and explanations as to what potential issues he found.
