Hello, my name is Hanalee I am writing to formally report an incident involving a manager at Zara apartments Maria at your location whose behavior toward me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During our interaction, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner that made me feel as though I was being treated as less than her. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. At one point, she repeatedly clapped her hands while speaking and stated that she was not going to help me. This behavior felt degrading and unnecessary, especially given that I was simply seeking assistance. To leave someone with a hole in the roof for a leak, and no ac, and a hot water leak. And not take care of the issues. And did not want to provide corporate number t

I had a problem with my front door not closing. I notified the manager she told me she will put a Work order. Sure enough door was fix in no time. Great service! Thanks again

Everything was fine until a few months ago they started cutting off the hot water, we don't know the reasons but even in winter and it just so happens that it's almost always from Friday to Monday that we don't have any hot water, I hope the problem is finally resolved because "they fix it" it always happens again in the same way. For the rest everything is fine but this really bothers me because it hasn't happened once or twice I've lost count of how many times, thanks

I've lived here for the past 2 years and honestly are really good apartments and excellent attention in the office. Miss Genesis solved all our small inconvenience asap, maintenance top work! I'll lease for next year to come.
