Zang Flats

BEWARE!!! Security is very low in these apartments. My car was almost stolen WHILE THERE IS A SECURITY GUARD. Building management NEVER responds to any emails or answer calls. We pay over $2400 to live here and can’t even have the respect of a response. No type of compassion or concession towards rent while having to pay for repairs. A friend of mine that lives here, car was almost stolen as well. I can’t wait to move!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER DO NOT MOVE HERE. i’m trying to move out but no one answers my emails. The elevator was literally broken more than half of my lease Nothing. I’m only on the second floor so it wasn’t that big of a deal for me, but I just feel bad for my fellow Residents. The leasing office turned AI so the leasing office just shut down and nobody was working. Visitor parking isn’t gated so anybody can come in and steal from your car, they charge you a whole bunch of lease violations and never tell you why because when you’re sending an email or if u call you never get a response. All these other reviews are 100% accurate don’t move here they suck.

I’ve been a resident here for about 8 months and have had my air conditioning break about 15 times. It was broken for about two weeks when I moved in, with no rush to fix it. It’s been broken for multiple weeks at a time. The management team has not been helpful at all with resolving this issue. Also adding the elevator has been broken for over a week. Back again to add that the elevator is still broken almost 3 weeks later. This complex uses the fetch package system, and due to the elevator being broken they are no longer delivering our packages. We now have to go pick them up from a warehouse. When I moved in about a year ago guest parking was the whole main floor, now one random day we get an email saying we no longer have any guest parking, and guests have to find a spot a block away o

Would love a working elevator! It’s been a month of having to lug groceries and heavy items (and my elderly blind dog) up the stairs multiple times every day. It does not help that our leasing office was taken away and replaced by an “AI agent”. Starting to think that no one knows about our broken elevator. There are countless “clean up after your dog” but only one outdoor trash near the property and no doggie bag station. Also very limited green space besides lake cliff park, however, there is no easy way to enter and exit the building to get to the park. I love this property and the area that they’ve dropped the ball these last couple months :/

Edit: This place is a joke. The ONLY elevator in the entire building has been out of service for over 3 weeks. There is no NO GUEST PARKING ALLOWED, the door code to the outside walkway does not work, the parking garages are constantly broken, leaving you NO WHERE TO OARK OR ANY WAY TO ACCESS GARAGE. The leasing office has now converted into AI so good luck getting anyone to respond to you. Also they will now be charging you $45 monthly to use the Amazon lockers they just installed this past Monday that were promised Sept2024 and would be free of charge. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
