Zandale Terrace Apartments

The management of the apartments doesn't seem like USA. It's almost third-world. I've had many problems and always receive sarcastic responses from the manager instead of any help. Living there is a problem in itself. If the apartment owner sees this, please contact me.

NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!! All the other reviewers are completely right, The whole complex is completely infested with bed bugs AND roaches, and the manager refuses to do any treatment for them aside from spraying some cheap, ineffective homemade bug spray. If you complain she yells at you and screams like a crazy person. She will blame you for the problem and do anything so that she doesn't have to pay for REAL bug treatment. She reacts this way to every single person who has complained to her. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE MANAGERS!!

The apartments are really nice they have a lot of space, the price is awesome with utilities include. The best thing is you can walk to the stores, fast food restaurants, banks , etc. I really recommend anybody that is looking for an apartment go to Zandale Green Apartments, the manager is really friendly and nice.

Giving this place a 1 star (0) due to the unprofessional leasing agent that rudely hanged up the phone and didn't provide no information about these apartments. He rudely mentions no apartments available ans hangs up the phone. The last thing this place needs is a unprofessional agent who doesn't even care about his job !

Cheap, crappy, run down. Big apartments for the price and good neighbors. The old manager, Sharon was cool the new one was so bad we took off!
