Brad Hacker & his team are incredible! I handled almost everything remotely since I was relocating from Florida to Kentucky, aside from closing day, and they made the entire process as seamless as possible. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way (as there always are with a move), but overall everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail truly stands out. I still receive periodic check-in calls and a monthly newsletter, which I really appreciate. They even put your name on a parking spot on closing day — such a thoughtful touch! It genuinely felt like VIP service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Riley and his team were wonderful to work with. They explained the various loan processes and components, ran so many numbers with me, and kept me updated on all the details throughout the process. They made my life a lot easier and was such a great experience to work with them. They even made recommendations for insurance which was much better than I was able to find on my own.
