Zach was a great realtor to work with. He showed me things to look for during showings and made my experience as a first time home buyer enjoyable. I would highly recommend having Zach assist you in buying or selling a home.

Zachary was the listing agent on a property we were trying to put an offer in on. We show up for our showing with our realtor at 8am. Zachary provided the incorrect key box information to our realtor. Our realtor was trying to reach out to him for over an hour and he was unresponsive. In total he wasted almost 2 hours of our time between driving to and from the property and waiting for an answer at the property. You would think if you know you have people coming to check out a property you are selling, you would have your phone on you to assist your sellers or any potential buyers, but not Zachary. Just be aware that if you are buying from him or selling, he may have other things going on that he won't be there for you on.
