Zachary Arms Apartments

My family have lived at the rental complex for 15+ years and the environment is safe and family oriented with office personnel that provide answers to brief questions daily. The property mgmt., (Kristina) and her assistant, (Myra) work from 8am-4pm week days. The two bedroom apts. are spacious with closets, air conditioners (1-2), three prong wall outlets in rooms to meet your electronic devices.Walking distance to the bus stop to the Hamilton Market, WaWa, and Post Office are within 10 minutes. The tenants are mild mannered going to work & the children playful after school in and around the courtyard. EV charging system in progress! New owners face upgrading the properties with some “bumps in the road” as expected.

These people treat me bad in December 2024 I report that I have no heat. January 13 - 2025 I called the office again and report it. I went in the office at least four times letting them know I have no heat they keep telling me someone is going to come out and fix my heat. I called the county housing inspector they came to my apartment and said it is too cold inside my apartment the emperature was lower than what it suppose to be they gave them a fine. I called the county inspector a second time in two weeks and they came out again and fine them. what made it worst the manager are who ever told the inspector that I didn’t report that I didn’t have no HEAT EVERY CALLED I made and every visit I made to the office I document it so they lied right there and i can prove this in court without

The new management group had been doing great so far, our heater has not been working properly recently, but the owners sent the maintenance department quickly. The maintenance guy’s name was Billy and he did a great job fixing the heater. The service has been great and we have had no other problems with the heaters.

Working with Dave and his staff is always a breeze. He is there to help in any way he can and is always available for us. They are very professional and want the best for their tenants. Working with Zachary Arms Apartments has been such a great experience and we look forward to continued projects together!

Having lived here with my son for 5+ years, I was just excited to find an affordable apartment in Hamilton so my son can stay in the school district. It was run down and uncared for. Dealing with the old owners was a joke. HOWEVER, since Goldcrest has taken over the entire energy has changed. Dave and his crew work hard everyday to make Zachary a better place to live. We now have an office on the property and it’s such a convenience. They are FRIENDLY and don’t make you feel like your problems are a burden. Currently, they are fixing the laundry room that hasn’t worked since I moved in. The property has been updated drastically and it looks just beautiful. I can honestly say, I am proud to say I live in Zachary Arms Apartments 😊
