We had a fantastic experience with Vitale Inspection Services from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and their team did a great job keeping us updated leading up to the inspection. Our inspector, Hannah, was wonderful. She was extremely thorough and took the time to walk through the home with us, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure we were aware of both the big picture and the smaller details, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and informative experience. I was very pleased with my home inspection for a colonial I am in the process of buying. Tom Geist was great! He was very friendly, enthusiastic and systematically worked through the whole home, educating me as we went along. He uncovered some significant items that will definitely come into play in my negotiation with the seller. The report was delivered within 48 hours and was very detailed and helpful. I will definitely use them again if this home does not work out. My one suggestion to Vitale would be to get rid of the additional credit card fee. I get it, but I think it would be so much nicer for the customer to not have it. I find it annoying when venders charge me extra to use a credit card. Overall price was very reasonable, though.

Jake Elmer was our inspector and he was extremely thorough - as an agent I was really happy that my first time home-buyer was able to ask questions throughout the entire inspection, Jake was so knowledgeable. The report was sent within 12 hours and easy to understand. I have used Vitale for years and recommend them to all of my buyers, and so happy I met Jake, he really is the best inspector I have worked with....highly recommend.

Our inspector from Vitale was amazingly thorough and thoughtfully informed us on everything we would need to know about our future home during the walk through, from testing every single thing in the house to offering helpful suggestions for future plants to help with retention wall landscape. From start to finish vitale was essential to making the home inspection process as easy as possible. The report provided at the end was detailed, containing everything discussed during the inspection and broken down in a way that was easy for us to go through. Overall a highly rated experience and if I ever need another home inspection I will definitely be asking for Nick from Vitale again!
