Gary and Z3 are the best in the area to work with for all of your fire safety and code compliance needs. When I was the asset manager for 35 Violet Avenue, I always knew I could rely on the entire Z3 team to make sure I was in compliance and at a very competitive rate. I cannot recommend them more highly, and they're also really down to earth good people.

I recently rented Gary's training room which is attached to his Z3 office. I found it through a Google search & so glad I did. It was the perfect space for my four day training. The room was completely customizable and also had a large television to use for presentations. The television also has a state of the art camera for the option of online or hybrid training (I didn't need this for the purpose of my training, but it would've been perfect had I needed it). The space is also equipped with its own bathroom and entrance. If you're seeking a space to hold a training I would recommend this one!

As a Realtor, I recommend Gary Beck from Z3 Consultants! He is a great resource for anyone trying to get a c/o for an outstanding permit or violation. He expedited a finished basement in the Town of Lagrange that was built in 1950s. The state variance came in quickly. He is a third party electrical underwriter and well respected in the industry; including the building departments. Gary has always been efficient, punctual and fair in dozens of situations where I needed to hire him. Hire Z3 - You will thank me later!

Great to work with. Help me over alot of overlooked permitting issues. Gary is a code master. He knows every code in and out including updated codes.
