My wife and I built a new construction custom home with Zane at Z Properties in 2017. Three years later, and we couldn’t be happier with our end product. Zane truly cares about the end product and does not take short cuts or gloss over the small things. We were very budget-conscious, and Zane was quick to give us the pros and cons of choices and overall budget. The best thing he brings, though, is an exceptionally unique skill set to make your property feel entirely custom. We would strongly advise anyone building in the Winter Park area to make it a priority to meet with the Z Properties team. We met with four other builders, and we could tell very early on we made the right choice.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked with Z Properties on two major projects - one from the ground up and the other a total renovation in a historic building. Z Properties is the most unique builder in Winter Park, in the best way. Some of my favorites are the design concept at Sylvan and the master suite at Mayfield. Most recently, I've been very eager to see the final product at the Alabama. The entire team is very professional and have the most creative energy. Love the Z!

Zane made sure he knew how we wanted to live in the house before designing it. We heard lots of horror stories about working with contractors but they were always responsive. Project came in on-time and under budget. 3 years in and we've had no problems with the construction.
