I'm not a student. I'm not living here. The photos are real. 3 stars based on the low response rate of management, and other issues. However, it's a. cool building, great location and the building seems very secure. 👍😎

Our tour guide was great! Showed us everything. This property feels very "city" and has so many amazing amenities. Literally within walking distance of NAU's north side of the campus. We could see the Kitt School of Music from the show apartment's window. A roof top terrace with amazing views?! Parking seemed a little steep, but at least your vehicle is out of the elements in a parking garage. Rooms were pretty small, but I guess that's college life for the most part. This property is a great option for college students.

As the many other reviews state- I wished there was a way to leave zero stars. They definitely don’t deserve any. I’ve never encountered a facility that cared so little about people. My daughter lived here for one year and it was horrible. The staff lied and so did their manager, James Delli Bovi. It’s no wonder the staff is so bad with management like him. We’ve repeatedly asked for someone to contact us. They refuse to call. They say we can only email. I guess it’s easier for them to hide behind an email than to actually communicate. We have sent 10 emails. They replied twice. The second email was because James changed his mind on what he said in the first email and backtracked on what he originally agreed to. I would give this student housing experiment a 0 if I could. I've lived at less than ideal apartments, but I've never seen something as horrible as this place. Although I do not live at Yugo, I have a friend who I visit quite often who lives here. First of all, there is never any guest parking available because the parking lot is shared by the other businesses within this complex, and quite frankly, the yoga studio doesn't need that many parking spots (they take up the majority of surface parking). The entire building is poorly designed and poorly maintained. My friend's washer unit has flooded his space three times since moving in only three months ago. Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything, rather, they put a band-aid on it. The rooftop has a broken balcony that was only recently tap

I really enjoy all the amenities, the cleanliness, my unit size and the natural light and much prefer living at the yugo! I had been at the standard previously which was nowhere near as good as the yugo is in terms of pricepoint, cleanliness, and amenities.
