I love living here, great part of town! Jen in the office is great and they care about the tenants and fix any issues quickly and dylan in maintenance is awsome. The neighbors are amazing and everyone gets along. Great place to live and affordable as well!

Great place to live. The neighbors are polite and mostly quiet. Haha. And the team who runs the complex is great. Matt and Dillan helped with a couple of little issues we had as far as maintenance and the spot is running smooth.

Our family has been here about a year and a half, and from the very beginning the staff have made every step as simple as possible. Matthew and Dylan and Jennifer make this home. The kids play til dark and we feel very safe. Everyone looks out for the each other without getting nosy.

Love living here, Jennifer at the office is awesome! So nice and helpful, probably the best apt office manager I've met, usually they're rude but she's always been awesome to deal with! Maintenance is great, and apartment are a great size!

Great spot to live in Flagstaff. Clean, safe, friendly staff and fabulous maintenance department. Matt and Dylan are always super attentive and responsive. Thank you, staff!
