Ronnie with Your Town Realty was not equipped to handle placing our home in the MLS, we ended up selling it through an ad on Facebook Marketplace. He is not a member of the South Jersey MLS, where the house was located, and did not disclose this until after we signed with him to list it on the MLS. He is now trying to lie that he has attempted to reach out. Be careful he will threaten you to lean your house even though I agreed to pay him, but he demands more money under the cover of "processing" fees.

Phone menu is very tedious, called several times with family and never received any callbacks. Would not recommend this place

Honestly, Ronnie Glomb and his entire team are atrociously bad at their jobs, and may wanna re-consider a new career. If you’re in a reverse situation and you aren’t selling too these guys, but buying a home through them instead, Please just STAY AWAY!! (unless you like lack of communication for weeks on end or no answers at all and condescending attitudes) They make the process absolutely unattractive to potential buyers, and I really do mean that with everything in my being. Your best bet is to run away from any home you find this reality or Ronnie’s team is representing. This market is already stressful enough, don’t add on to it with them.
