Blair House

My husband and I moved to the stately Blair House four weeks ago, and couldn’t be happier! It was wonderful that we could see the apartment before the tenant moved out, a great feature of Blair House. The staff is very attentive, and responses quickly to any concern. Like the saying goes friendliness starts at the top, I had an occasion to speak with Henry Smith, one of the owners, and was impressed with not only by his friendliness but sincere interest in us. This goes right down to Genesis, the very personable office leasing agent, to helpful Arben, head building supervisor and his team of Elton, and Miquel. I lived in a beautiful F apartment for 13 years. Sadly, I had to move to FL and give it up. It is a wonderful community and I have many friends and clients in the building. Arben, Andy and Miguel are tops! My cat Maximus especially loved the new dog friendly approach. My favorite is “Honey”. Shhh. My best friend lived 2 doors down from me and I miss him terribly. The walls are thick as it is pre-war and I felt completely secure as the police department is next door and the fireman respond in minutes. The Blair House never loses power as it is on the hospital grid. Even Sandy and the worst blizzard did not affect the power. Please don’t dismiss this gem in the heart of Morristown NJ

I moved to Blair House almost a year ago. I waited for the apartment I wanted and so glad I did. I love my apartment! Rooms are large, lots of closets, and having outdoor space is exactly what I wanted. Genesis, Arben, Miguel, Elvis are all so good at what they do and make living here such a pleasant experience. The building is always well maintained and any questions are always addressed quickly. It’s a great location and I’m very happy. I love it here.

Great building, clean, well managed and on an ideal location. Pleasantly walking distance from the center of Morristown, steps away from a premium market and a drugstore, and just several seconds driving to the highway. The available parking is the cherry on the top. New tenants are even luckier, as every apartment seems to be renovated and modernized before being offered again. It seems that existing tenants still appreciate their stay. I recently met one of them who is in the building for 22 years and has no plans to move. Myself, I can no longer imagine living in a place without the sun drenching I get rewarded with every morning, winter or summer. I don't know anything about the company's other properties but if they are anything like the Blair House, do not hesitate signing. Also wor
