I want to shout out the maintenance team here. I recently ran into an issue of my upstairs neighbor putting in their washer drain hose not in the drain but rather all over their floor, which ended with a stream of water coming through my ceiling. The maintenance team was quick to resolve the issue and had the ceiling looking brand new when they left. They were quick and timely and I appreciate that so much as not many places have good maintenance!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS By far the worst renting experience I've ever had. To begin with, maintenance is not a priority here. If you have issues like I did, prepare to wait weeks/months for issues that may or may not ever get resolved. -Mold in the bathroom was clearly painted over (with non waterproof paint mind you, so any shower would cause paint to drip down the walls), this issue was never addressed. -Literal giant leaking hole in the ceiling caused by upstairs neighbor AC unit being installed incorrectly. Took well over a month with multiple different people coming to fix. -Other upstairs neighbor littering piles of bird feed, nuts, trash, etc. onto my patio my entire lease. I’ve lived in the G1 floor plan for 9 years, and due to work, I’ll be moving out soon. Before I go, I wanted to share a positive experience. The apartment often hosts holiday events that are fun and well organized with great prizes. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient. The office staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, especially when helping me find someone to take over my lease early. The environment is kept very clean. I often see staff picking up trash around the community, which I really appreciate. However, dog waste on the grass is a recurring issue, so I hope residents can be more responsible. I applied for an apartment here and withdrew immediately after touring the property. The overall environment did not meet basic expectations, and seeing a loose dog on the property was enough to make me uncomfortable moving forward. At the time I withdrew, my financial review had not even been approved, no lease was signed, no keys were issued, and I never took possession of a unit. I clearly communicated my decision the same day. I was willing to accept the $50 application fee as non-refundable, but management decided to keep an additional $250 hold for deposit despite the fact that I was never approved and no tenancy ever began.
