Have been a Tennant with flamingo and have had such a good experience overall! Good witch communication and fast with maintenence. We are moving (no fault on them, just moving closer to family) and have had to move our move out date 2 times and they've been so flexible and understanding! Highly recommend

Very professional and responsive. At other places I’ve rented it would take at least 3 days for them to get back to me about maintenance requests or general questions, but Flamingo gets back to me the same day with answers or to set up an appointment. The maintenance worker has always been very nice and pleasant whenever he’s come by and gets the job done!

This is my first time renting with Flamingo, and while there were a few initial hiccups with the property—things that ideally should have been addressed prior to move-in—the team handled everything promptly and without any pushback. Their responsiveness made the process much smoother. I also want to highlight the maintenance staff. He has been nothing but wonderful,professional, friendly, and truly top-notch. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about management companies cutting corners and putting tenant safety last, so I’m genuinely grateful that this hasn’t been my experience here. Overall, I appreciate the way Flamingo has handled every concern and look forward to the rest of my time renting here.

A great experience with maintenance so far! Our requests have been answered in a timely fashion and the work done has been great. The staff are friendly as well.

I put in a view maintenance request and they came out and fixed everything in one day. The maintenance guy was very nice and friendly. He did an amazing job
