Lynn Joyal at Yarn Works made the process of moving so easy! She is absolutely lovely!

Since management changed, the building has gone downhill. The new girl at the front desk is consistently rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn't want to be there. Residents are treated like an inconvenience instead of valued tenants. She ignores concerns, gives attitude when asked basic questions, and makes no effort to be helpful. It's incredibly unprofessional, and it's made day-to-day interactions in the building frustrating. When the front desk sets this kind of tone, it reflects poorly on the entire management team. This building used to have a friendly, responsive staff. Now it feels like no one cares — least of all the person who’s supposed to be the first point of contact.

I have lived at YarnWorks for almost a year. Amy is the one I started with. She is amazing. Every time I call she's always very nice and professional. Everything I ask is explained clearly. We just did my home inspection it was quick and easy. Now my renewal is coming up and I had questions. She explained it well and we are all set. She is great with the residents and makes it easy when I have concerts or questions.

I have only lived here for a very short time, but I must say I absolutely love it. So far, the neighbors that I have met have been friendly. The Assistant Property Manager Amy made the application process so easy for my family, transitioning out from a house of 19 years to an apartment. Maintainers are awesome they get the job done usually the same day and the property grounds are very well maintained. I am so in love with my new apartment.

yarnworks is a beautiful building. the apartments are spacious. the amenities are great.. evidenced by the bicycle parking room on the ground floor near the fitness room. and the staff is super friendly and helpful to boot. there are two drawbacks that come to mind: - some residents are a bit lackluster in their care of cleanliness and seem to lack awareness of how to live among others in an apartment building. - the number one negative for this otherwise potentially perfect building is the walls.. you will hear your neighbors.. talking, walking, scolding their dog, their dog, their television, their podcasts, their shower, their game nights, their everything. that said, if you're coming from an apartment building - you might be used to it.
